TERMS OF USE

The following terms of service (the “Terms”) constitute an agreement between you (“user”, “you”) and our account which is named Umut Can Doğanay. (e-mail: umutcandoganayyy@gmail.com)

These Terms govern your use of our games provided on a mobile platform and other related services (collectively the “Services”).

Please read these Terms carefully before you start to use the Services. By using the Services (or installing any game or clicking to accept or agree to the Terms when this option is made available to you), you accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our privacy policy.

SERVICE USAGE

You must be of the minimum legal age of adulthood in your country of residence to use the Services provided through our game. If you are under the legal age of adulthood (“Minor”), a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to this Agreement on your behalf.

• Obtain the consent of their parent or legal guardian before using the Services,
• Have this Agreement explained and accepted by their parent or legal guardian,
• Be supervised by their parent or legal guardian during usage of the Services.

If you are a parent or legal guardian accepting this Agreement on behalf of a Minor, you agree to take full responsibility for the Minor’s use of the Services.

ACCOUNT CREATION AND MAINTENANCE

Some features of the Services may require the creation of a user account, while in some cases, an account may be automatically generated when you first access the Services (each an “Account”).

During account creation, we generate a random unique identifier (UUID) and store it securely on your device using your mobile platform’s secure storage system (such as the iOS Keychain). This identifier allows us to recognize your device and restore your progress even after the app is deleted and reinstalled.

This identifier is used solely within our game environment and is not shared across apps or used for tracking purposes beyond your use of the Services. No personal data is collected during this process.

We reserve the right to:

• Deny the creation of any Account for any legitimate reason,
• Terminate any Account that violates this Agreement,
• Remove or delete Account information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and accept that your account may be subject to management actions in accordance with this Agreement and applicable laws.

RESTRICTIONS

We own and reserve all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, Virtual Items, and your Account (excluding any tangible medium the Services may be supplied on), including all:

• Content such as information, text, data, files, code, scripts, designs, graphics, artwork, illustrations, etc.
• Trademarks, logos, trade names, and other identifiers.
• Other forms of intellectual property.

You must not:

• Sell, copy, lease, distribute, disassemble, decompile, decrypt, hack, or reverse engineer the Services or your Account.
• Use the Services in any way that violates laws or regulations.
• Exploit bugs, glitches, cheats, or unauthorized mods to gain unfair advantage.
• Engage in fraud, spam, or create offensive User Material.
• Engage in harassment, intimidation, or threaten other users.

If you breach the Agreement, we may take actions including suspension, termination, legal enforcement, or banning future use of the Services.

PURCHASES

Our game offers virtual in-game items available for purchase through the in-game store. These items may include consumables, cosmetics, subscriptions, or other digital goods that enhance gameplay. All in-game purchases are non-refundable and have no monetary value outside of the game.

By purchasing in-game items, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Content, pricing, and availability may change at our discretion.
• Items are non-transferable and may not be sold or traded.
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes or charges.
• Payment issues must be resolved with Apple or Google platforms.
• No refunds will be provided if your account is suspended or terminated.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Our game offers subscription-based services, such as VIP packs, which provide users with exclusive features, content, or bonuses.

• Subscriptions are billed every 30 days by the platform provider.
• We may change the VIP content during the active period.
• You can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the billing cycle.
• A 3-day free trial may be available before billing starts.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

AVAILABILITY, FEATURES AND UPDATES

• Some features or content may be offered for a limited time only.
• We do not guarantee compatibility with all devices or OS versions.
• You may need to install updates to access new features.
• We may use AI-controlled users in multiplayer modes for better matchmaking.
• A stable internet connection is required to save your progress.
• Third-party ads may display content we do not control or endorse.

By continuing to use the game, you accept that changes may occur and that some experiences depend on external conditions outside our control.
